Floral orders are carried out as per the instructions left on the website at the time of purchasing. For non floral gifts please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Generally delivery will be on a next day basis. Should you be dissatisfied with any purchase please contact us within 3 days. If you have been sent an incorrect item, flowers and gifts will arrange a courier pickup and offer a full refund.

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Returns & Refunds

We offer all our Customers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund.
Please note: All non-faulty products you wish to return must be in complete working order, in perfect boxed condition. In other words the product must be in a resalable condition i.e. As New.
