Order Cut off for next day deliveries are 3.30pm GMT. Orders received after this time can't be guaranteed for next day delivery.

Where same day delivery is required and flowersandgifts.ie do not have capacity to use local delivery a wire service florist will be utilised. They will be of the same high standard as flowersandgifts.ie and will be part of the flowergram network.

We are unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes.
Fastway Couriers or Interlink Express may leave the package at the door if no person is present to take delivery and a signature is not required in such cases.
For hospital deliveries, please make sure that the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery. Gifts to recipients in hospitals will be delivered as per the hospital’s policies.
We are not responsible for wrong addresses and contact information. No refund will be made in such cases.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least 3 days in advance.

Floral orders are carried out as per the instructions left on the website at the time of purchasing. For non floral gifts please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Generally delivery will be on a next day basis. Should you be dissatisfied with any purchase please contact us within 3 days. If you have been sent an incorrect item, flowers and gifts will arrange a courier pick-up and offer a full refund.

These policies also govern your visit to Flowersandgifts. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

We offer all our Customers a 30 day money back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund.

Please note: All non-faulty products you wish to return must be in complete working order, in perfect boxed condition. In other words the product must be in a resalable condition i.e. As New.
